How We Work

We carefully listen to our clients to understand their goals for each project. After understanding the client’s goals/needs we involve each of the IPS team in a “brainstorming” session to share ideas and come up with options for our client’s needs based on the specific criteria given to us. Even though multi-unit, multi-family, senior living, and student housing renovations and rehabilitation projects are our “sweet spot”, IPS also provides construction management services in the multi-unit residential industry. We are also experts in every aspect of commercial construction projects.

The goal of IPS is to develop long lasting relationships with each of the client’s we serve. We accomplish this goal by providing industry knowledge and insightful solutions to both existing and potential problems which may be encountered along the way and adding value to our clients in the services we provide. We strive to under promise and over deliver in everything we do and live up to our commitment of “On Time-On Budget” performance for the clients we represent.
