Integrity Property Services is a multi-family and military construction company with decades of experience in Construction and Renovation Management.  We Specialize in Exterior painting, Re-Roofing, Interior Renovations, HVAC Installation, and Major Capital Investment Projects.

IPS is a major supporter of Babycycle. Babycycle is a community Diaper Bank. Babycycle serves low-income children ages 0-12. Babycycles,  mission is for no child to go without necessities like diapers, wipes, clean clothing, and other basic items.

IPS is also a major supporter of Destination Theatre.  Destination Theatre is dedicated to creating excellent and imaginative touring productions for people of all ages, backgrounds, and demographics. They aim to provide exciting, educational, and high-quality theatre experiences in communities across the U.S. and beyond.  IPS is a major sponsor of a production Destination Theatre and Boley Centers collaborate on once a year.  Additional Carolyn Phelps sits on the Board of Calliope Stage Company, an inclusive, authentic, and civil space where those gathered feel inspired by individual and collective vulnerabilities and are empowered by their comfort with discomfort.

Finally, IPS is also a big supporter of The Kind Mouse a 501©3 non-profit organization based in St. Petersburg, Florida.  The Kind Mouse feeds children who have nothing outside of school.  Annually, IPS collects food & cash donations as part of the Mouse Nibbles program that gives food to children on the weekends.
