Exterior Painting
Exterior painting projects can be a real challenge, especially when they must be done in an occupied environment. Integrity Property Services understands the challenges associated with providing a quality exterior painting project while minimizing the impact on occupants.
Our exterior paint professionals are equipped to handle all exterior painting services, including complete exteriors, wood siding, garages, decks, trim work, fences, stucco and vinyl siding.
Before any work begins, we will meet with you to ensure we discuss the specific project details. We also communicate with you frequently about the progress of the work.
Step 1
We power wash and scrape where necessary all areas to be painted.
Step 2
Holes, cracks and gaps are filled with caulk.
Step 3
Any repaired areas are primed. Quality exterior paints are professionally and neatly applied to the exterior surfaces.
Step 4
We clean up the area after work each day, removing any debris from repairs, paint chips, etc. We also stow all our materials and supplies out of your way each day.
Step 5
We perform the final inspection in a walk-around with you to ensure your satisfaction and answer any questions.
